Grand Theft Auto VI fans will soon have another way to celebrate the highly anticipated game. Sony Interactive Entertainment and Rockstar Games are reportedly preparing limited-edition DualSense wireless controllers inspired by GTA 6.
The special controllers take design cues from Vice City, the game’s colorful and tropical setting. Two versions are expected to arrive in November 2026.
According to the available details, the GTA 6 DualSense controllers will launch on November 19, 2026. Pre-orders are expected to begin on September 10 at 10 AM PT through PlayStation Direct.
GTA 6 controllers come in two colors
The limited-edition controllers will reportedly come in Matte Black and Arctic White.
The Matte Black version uses a darker design inspired by Vice City’s neon-filled nightlife. The Arctic White model takes inspiration from the bright and sunny atmosphere associated with Florida.
Both versions feature several GTA 6-themed design elements.
The controllers reportedly include etched palm trees along the sides. A stylized “VI” symbol also appears on the touchpad.
The bottom of each controller carries special Grand Theft Auto branding. Neon purple detailing adds another visual connection to the game’s Vice City setting.
DualSense features remain
Despite the custom designs, the GTA 6 controllers are expected to retain the core features of Sony’s standard DualSense.
Players should get haptic feedback and adaptive triggers for supported games. The controllers are also expected to retain the DualSense’s built-in microphone and other standard functionality.
