Crystal Ski Holidays Adds Six New Winter Routes

Crystal Ski Holidays expands regional flights for winter 2027 ski trips

Crystal Ski Holidays is expanding its winter 2027 programme with six new TUI Airways flights from regional UK airports, giving travellers more convenient ways to reach popular ski destinations.

The new routes will operate from Belfast, Bournemouth, East Midlands, Bristol and Newcastle. The programme aims to meet growing demand for ski holidays while helping customers avoid long journeys to major airports.

Six New Routes Expand Winter Options

Crystal Ski Holidays will add new services from Belfast, Bournemouth and East Midlands to Innsbruck. The company will also launch a Bristol to Kuusamo service, along with new Newcastle routes to Chambéry and Toulouse-Blagnac.

The Innsbruck flights from Belfast, Bournemouth and East Midlands will operate weekly from December 20, 2027, to March 4, 2028. Innsbruck provides access to several well-known Austrian resorts, including Mayrhofen, Sölden, Obergurgl and Seefeld.

Travellers flying from Newcastle will be able to reach Toulouse-Blagnac each week from December 19, 2027, to March 5, 2028. The route will provide access to resorts in Andorra, including Soldeu, Pas de la Casa and Arinsal. It will also give travellers a route to Baqueira-Beret in Spain.

The new Newcastle to Chambéry service will operate weekly from December 21, 2027, to April 1, 2028. The route will serve major French Alps destinations such as Méribel, Courchevel, Val d’Isère, Tignes and Les Menuires.

Bristol to Kuusamo Opens Finnish Lapland

The new Bristol to Kuusamo route is already on sale for winter 2027 and 2028. It gives customers another regional option for travelling to Finnish Lapland, including the Ruka area.

The destination offers more than skiing and snowboarding. Customers can add experiences such as husky safaris, snowmobiling, reindeer sleigh rides and snowshoeing to their holiday. Northern Lights searches are also available as an additional experience.

Crystal said the expanded programme will give travel agents more regional flight choices and a wider range of destinations to offer customers.

Crystal Highlights Convenience for Travellers

Scott Britton, head of Crystal Ski Holidays, said customers want ski trips that are simple to book and easy to reach. He said the company is continuing to expand regional flights to give travellers greater choice.

The new routes will connect customers with ski areas across Austria, Finland, France, Andorra and Spain. For travel agents, the expanded programme provides more options when matching customers with suitable ski packages.

All six routes will be available through travel agents as part of Crystal Ski Holidays package holidays. Packages include flights, accommodation, transfers and in-resort support, giving customers a more convenient way to arrange their winter trip.
