New Disney World food and drinks including Mickey waffles and churros for fall 2026

Walt Disney World Resort is giving visitors even more reasons to enjoy a fall trip with a new lineup of breakfast dishes, snacks, frozen treats and specialty drinks. The latest additions bring plenty of colorful and indulgent options to Disney parks, resorts and Disney Springs.

From Mickey-shaped waffles to stuffed churros and frozen shakes, the new menu items offer something for different tastes. Guests can also choose from alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at several locations across the resort.

New Pancakes and Waffles

Disney has added several new breakfast options at its resort food courts. Guests can start their day with character-themed waffles, birthday cake flavors and creative combinations featuring fruit and sweet toppings.

The new options include Character-shaped Birthday Cake Waffles and Birthday Cake Pancakes at Landscape of Flavors and Flavors at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort.

Guests can also find Mickey-shaped Strawberry Waffles and Strawberry Pancakes at selected Port Orleans and Pop Century locations. Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort has added caramel-banana waffles and pancakes, while All-Star Music Resort offers fruit cereal versions.

At Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort, visitors can try Mickey-shaped Candy Bar Waffles and Candy Bar Pancakes.

Churros Get a Major Upgrade

Churros remain a popular Disney snack, and the fall lineup adds several new twists on the classic treat.

Guests can try Bavarian Cream-filled Churros with Chocolate Sauce at Anaheim Produce in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Other choices include Cookie Butter Mini Churros, Chocolate-filled Mini Churros and Cookies and Cream Mini Churros.

Disney has also introduced Maple Bacon Churro Fries at Avalunch in Blizzard Beach. At EPCOT, Sunshine Seasons offers a Churro Strawberry Shortcake Sundae.

Other new creations include the Churro Overdrive at Energy Bytes in Magic Kingdom and the Churro-misu Cold Brew at Isle of Java in Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

A DOLE Whip Pineapple with Chili-Lime and Churro Sundae will also join the lineup at Warung Outpost in Animal Kingdom. Disney plans to bring the treat to Happy Landings at Typhoon Lagoon in 2027.

Frozen Drinks and Shakes

Disney is also adding a range of frozen beverages for fall visitors. New frozen slushes combine flavors such as peach, lemon and vanilla, along with passion fruit, orange and guava.

Guests can find both alcoholic and non-alcoholic slushes at locations across Disney theme parks, Disney Springs and select Disney World resorts.

The resort has also introduced new frozen shakes in alcoholic and non-alcoholic versions. The choices range from rich chocolate flavors to lighter and sweeter combinations. Guests can find them at select Disney parks and Disney’s Wilderness Lodge.

New Specialty Beverages

Disney is rounding out the fall menu with new specialty drinks and cocktails. Visitors of all ages can enjoy the non-alcoholic selections, while guests aged 21 and older can choose from alcoholic beverages where available.

The new drinks are available at various Disney theme parks, restaurants, bars and eateries throughout Disney Springs.

With so many new choices arriving across the resort, fall 2026 offers Disney World visitors plenty of new food and beverage options to explore during their next trip.
