Cairo: World Golf Awards 2026 will take place at Egypt’s Madinaty Golf Club, making history as the first edition of the prestigious event to be hosted in Africa.
The 13th annual World Golf Awards will be held from November 5 to 7, 2026, bringing together leading figures from the global golf and golf tourism industries.
Historic First for Africa
The World Golf Awards selected Madinaty Golf Club as its official host venue for the first time.
The Gala Ceremony will take place on November 7, marking the highlight of the three-day event.In addition, guests will compete in the World Golf Awards Classic on the club’s 18-hole championship course.
Championship Course Offers World-Class Golf
The championship course was designed by renowned golf architect Robert Trent Jones Jr.
The par-71 course stretches 6,900 yards and previously hosted the 2022 Asian Tour International Series.
