In a statement, Bahrain’s Interior Ministry called on both citizens and expatriates to remain calm and immediately follow emergency safety procedures.
“The siren has been sounded. Citizens and residents are urged to remain calm and head to the nearest safe place,” the ministry said.

The latest warning came just hours after emergency sirens were activated earlier in the day following Iranian strikes on what Tehran claimed were drone maintenance and repair facilities at Al-Sakhir Airport.
Bahraini authorities have not reported any immediate casualties or significant damage linked to the latest alert.
