Bitcoin continued to trade above $65,300 on Monday, maintaining its recent momentum as improving market sentiment and steady institutional demand helped support the world’s largest cryptocurrency. The digital asset has now posted gains for four consecutive weeks, reflecting growing investor confidence despite ongoing global economic uncertainty.

Easing Global Tensions Support Crypto Markets

A calmer geopolitical environment has been one of the biggest drivers behind Bitcoin’s recent resilience.

Following a pause in military tensions between the United States and Iran, investors have become more willing to move back into risk assets, including cryptocurrencies. The reduced uncertainty has helped improve overall market sentiment, encouraging fresh buying across digital assets.

Analysts say Bitcoin often reacts strongly to geopolitical developments, and the easing of tensions has allowed the cryptocurrency to stabilize after recent volatility.

Spot Bitcoin ETFs Continue Attracting Investors

Institutional demand has also remained positive thanks to continued inflows into US spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs).

According to market data, spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded approximately $33.8 million in net inflows over the past week. While the pace of buying is lower than previous strong rallies, it marks the third consecutive week of positive inflows, suggesting that institutional investors are gradually rebuilding their positions.

The steady ETF demand has provided additional support for Bitcoin prices, helping offset selling pressure in the broader market.

Key Technical Levels to Watch

From a technical perspective, Bitcoin faces immediate resistance near $65,520, which aligns with an important Fibonacci retracement level.

If buyers successfully push the price above that level, analysts believe Bitcoin could target the 100-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA) around $67,774, followed by the 200-day EMA near $73,481.

A sustained breakout above those levels could strengthen the longer-term bullish trend and potentially pave the way toward the next major resistance zone around $78,490.

Support Levels Remain Crucial

On the downside, traders are closely watching support near the 50-day EMA around $65,100.

Additional support is located near $64,000, while a break below the 200-week Simple Moving Average (SMA) around $63,560 could signal increasing selling pressure.

If bearish momentum accelerates, analysts warn Bitcoin could revisit the longer-term trend support area around $59,500.

Market Outlook Remains Positive

Technical indicators continue to point toward improving momentum. The weekly MACD has produced a bullish crossover, while the Relative Strength Index (RSI) is recovering from previously oversold conditions, suggesting buying interest is gradually returning.

Although short-term volatility remains possible, investors remain optimistic that continued ETF inflows, improving macroeconomic sentiment and stronger institutional participation could support further gains in the weeks ahead.
